WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Orders will generally ship out within 5 business days of ordering unless a pre-order item is included. All orders placed together with pre-order items will be shipped out on the release date of the pre-order items.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, we offer worldwide international shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package by clicking the tracking link provided or by visiting the carrier's website.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
If your order has already been processed, we will be unable to make changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
We do not offer returns for a change of mind, however we do allow exchanges for different sizes. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will see how we can assist you.
All returns must be in an unwashed, brand new condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. The customer must pay to return the item to us and a refund or exchange will only be offered once we receive the item. If an exchange is requested, the customer agrees to pay the cost of the new shipment.
HOW DO PREORDERS WORK?
A preorder is an order placed for a product that has not yet been released and is yet to be manufactured. By placing a preorder, you are reserving the item in advance, and it will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available. Preorder items may have an estimated shipping date, but please note that release dates are subject to change due to the variable nature of manufacturing.
